Gary Aubuchon (Chair), Rep. Paige Kreegel, Rep. Nick Thompson, Rep. Ken Roberson, and Rep. Trudi Williams Florida State Senators that will be in attendance: Sen. Dave Aronberg, Sen. The State Sovereignty Memorial (for more information, click here) 2. The Florida Firearms Freedom Act (for more information, click here) 3. The Florida Healthcare Freedom Act (for more information, click here) See ya there!

Hello My Fellow Young Americans! I hope that if we haven't met you yet that you will set the date and make time to meet us! There's nothing better than a room full of informed America-loving youth! Come in October to educate yourself on local politics! Our speaker in October is Sonny Haas who is running for Lee County Commissioner! In May, Sonny was the first to register for the District Two seat. Sonny a life-long Republican will vie for the seat which is currently held by Brian Bigelow. With a career spanning twenty-five years as an engineer, Sonny recently retired this month from the North Ft. Myers Fire District. Sonny will now dedicate his time to the campaign and says, I have a great deal of passion around the job of serving in the role of County Commissioner. It allows me to continue serving and protecting the community I love, just in a different way. Sonny plans to promote harmony on the County Commission Board, work toward increasing jobs in the area, focus on encouraging single member districts and facilitate the regional consolidation of fire districts. Please come prepared to share your passion and interests. This is YOUR club! Mercedes and Steve

Our guest speaker for the September meeting is Michael Chionopoulos, Esq., an attorney in SWFL that will be speaking generally on the Bill of Rights and the Constitution. After serving as an Infantry Officer and Staff Judge Advocate in the United States Army, Mr. Chionopolous practiced law in Oklahoma and Florida and has authored numerous scholarly legal articles published in the Oklahoma Bar Journal, the American Bar Association Franchise Law Journal, JurisNotes and the Federal Bar Association. Mr. Chionopolous has also been published numerous times in the Fort Myers News Press regarding the First Amendment Rights and economics. This may also be the last meeting before Congress (potentially) votes on the health care bill so there may be additional discussion regarding ways we can be active on the issue. See you there! We have only a few more weeks to show the public that we DO NOT agree with the current bill and have no interest in any reform other that that of REAL reform. Overhaul the system? NO. Lower costs and make coverage available to those with pre-existing conditions? YES. Stop Government from forcing us into the government plan once we switch jobs or change plans? YES. Ever person counts. Bring your family. Bring your co-workers, friends, neighbors. There is only power in numbers. You are busy and tired. I am too. But we can't stop. Come after work, even if only for 20 minutes. Come alone. We are all in this together. This notice went out to all South Florida clubs. TWO LOCATIONS: FORT MYERS- Daniels Pkwy/41 *park in the back of the Cheeseburger in Paradise parking lot* Mercedes- 239.443.9147 NAPLES- Pine Ridge/41 *there is no point person for Naples if anyone would like to step up* MAKE YOUR OWN SIGN. Be rational and realistic. The public won't listen to crazy people! :) Be proud to tell everyone that you are not protesting as a Republican or Democrat. You are an AMERICAN.
