Planning Meeting for State Convention

State Convention Campaigning:

1. Robert Morrow is a seasoned veteran at campaigning for offices at the State Convention, and will talk about how we cover the entire convention area with Ron Paulers passing flyers and promoting our candidates and issues. We will be running a number of Ron Paul Republicans for SREC (State Republican Executive Committee), National Delegates, and possibly Texas National RNC Committeeman and Committeewoman (at this point we are supporting Cathie Adams for National Committeewoman). [May connect with item 4 below]

2. Some groups are expected to lobby the committees for resolutions and possible rule changes (especially empowering grassroots with new rules for small precincts and counties).

3. John Reed will talk about how we work the Republican Liberty Caucus booth to educate new Republicans with the self-government quiz, and recruit new campaign-oriented county leaders at the RLC-TX booth. This booth has exposure to around 10,000 GOP delegates and we need many persons scheduled to attend it.

4. Coordination with other Ron Paul teams around Texas.
