Let's let Rep. Wexler know:

First, the U.S. healthcare system, for all its problems with cost, does provide quality, access and innovation. Thr proposed reforms being discussed will weaken the current system in these important respects by introducing rationing and crowding out private providers.

Secondly, the cost problem (caused primarily by reliance on third party payers and lack of price competition) will become further institutionalized by this plan, making the cost problem even more difficult to solve.

Third, it is the government that will be picking up much of the increased (and increasing) tab, when it is currently running staggering record deficits. We have a spending and debt crisis at the moment, not a health care crisis.

Please help pull the plug on this plan. Tell Rep. Wexler what you think!
